Khaled Al-Anqari, Minister of Higher Education, said that Crown Prince Naif had laid the foundations of security for his homeland and the region and he had been a major partner in global security. The minister noted that the Crown Prince presented a model of leadership and administration and had confronted the challenges affecting the Kingdom’s security firmly and wisely.
