Qatari emir issues decree   

The Peninsula - 15 June, 2012

The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has issued Decree No. 44 of 2012 ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperation in health sector signed between Qatar and Malta in Doha on April 14 in 2010.

The MoU shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
The Decree is effective from the date of its issuance, and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
