Qatar's emir receives messages from Iranian, Moroccan leaders

HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani has received a message from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, inviting him to attend the 16th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), due to be held in Tehran in September.

Iran’s Oil Minister, Rostam Qasemi, delivered the message, when the Emir received him at his Emiri Diwan office yesterday. Right: HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani has received a message from King Mohamed VI of Morocco pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern.

The message was delivered by Al-Makki Kawan, Morocco’s Ambassador to Qatar, when the Emir received him at his Emiri Diwan office yesterday.
