Riyadh, December 29, 2009 (SPA) -- The Ministry of Culture and Information announced here today that Quran and Sunnah TV channels will be broadcast at the following frequencies:


1 - Africa: on NSS7
orbital location 22.0° W
channel 61 KU band
4179 MHz R C Band
The Channel is launched on 24/12/2009.


2 - South America: Hispasat C 1

Orbital position 30.0° west
channel number 61 -Ku band
Frequency 12132 H MHz
the channeled launched on 24/12/2009.


3 - North America: Galaxy 19
Orbital position 97.0° West.
Channel No. 26 Ku band
Frequency 12152 MHz H
Will be launched on 10/1/2010.


4 - Asia: AsiaSat 5
Orbital position 100.0° East.
channel number (C5V) c band
Frequency 3820MHz V
The service will start on 1/2/2010
