Bahrain law companies in merger   

Gulf Daily News - 10 July, 2012

Bahrain law firms Hatim S Zu'bi and Partners and Quays H Zu'bi Attorneys and Legal Consultant have merged with effect from July 1.

They will now practice as Zu'bi and Partners Attorneys and Legal Consultants.

The firm, a continuation of a family practice founded nearly a century ago, will be under the chairmanship of Hatim Sharif Zu'bi and managed by senior partner Qays Hatim Zu'bi supported by partner Hatim Qays Zu'bi and senior members of the practice including Hamid Al Mahmood, Hugh Stokes and Mamoun Al Tayeb.

The firm will maintain its standing as a top-tier legal services provider in Bahrain, the GCC region and other countries in the Middle East in co-operation with a chain of leading international law firms and to continue looking after is clients' best interests.

Contact is being made with individual clients of the firm in respect of current litigation matters, conflicts and ongoing contractual arrangements including powers of attorney.

Clients are advised that they should continue dealing as at present with their respective contact lawyers until they are advised otherwise of any changes of names, addresses and means of communications.
