Al-Jazira bank gets ISO 9001 certification   

Saudi Gazette - 18 May, 2009

Bank Al-Jazira (BAJ) has recorded a new achievement by obtaining the “ ISO 9001 “ International Certificate of Quality in the areas of Trade Operations services and ATM services as the first fully Shari’ah compliant bank in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Ziad Aba AI-Khail, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, elaborated that the bank’s efforts led to success by obtaining “ ISO 9001 “ certificate for its Trade and ATM Services after assessment carried out by Moody International Company.
Mr. Aba AI-Khail concluded by saying that “obtaining ISO 9001 certification will improve customer satisfaction by providing services with sustained quality levels that fulfill customers’ requirements and exceed their expectations, besides it will enhance the team work, reward outstanding performance and ensure continuous improvement of employees skills.
