Iranian President Dr. Hassan Rouhani's visit to Kuwait was "positive and successful", Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Al-Jarallah said on Thursday.
In a statement to the press after attending a Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute graduation ceremony, Al-Jarallah said that Kuwait hopes that the visit would be instrumental in encouraging further Iranian-Gulf dialogue.
Moreover, he added that the visit would help align the Gulf's views with Iran's, "as it relates to dialogue that will shape up regional security and stability." Meanwhile, Al-Jarallah extended congratulations to the graduating diplomats, wishing them every success as they embark on their careers.
